Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 August 2026
By accessing this website, using an RD's UPSC ERP account or installing the application, you agree to these terms. Do not use the product where doing so would violate applicable law.
1. Licence
Unless a separate open-source licence is published with a release, the software, website design, branding and original content are provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal preparation use.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Account-related content belongs to the account that created it and may be deleted with the account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not impersonate others, redistribute modified installers as official releases, bypass security or moderation controls, introduce malware, scrape private data or use the service to infringe another person's rights. Aspirant Corner text is limited to 300 words. Each account may create up to five new blogs and questions combined per day; edits, reactions and responses do not consume this limit. Hate speech, threats, abuse, spam and prohibited language may be blocked automatically; submissions may be removed or result in account action.
4. Educational tool
RD's UPSC ERP is a productivity and preparation-management tool. It does not guarantee selection, marks, rank, eligibility or examination results.
5. Availability
Features may vary by platform, build and configuration. Releases may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Users are responsible for confirming system requirements and maintaining backups.
6. User content
You remain responsible for notes, documents, links, blog photos and other material you add. A blog may include one JPG, PNG or WebP photo; the website automatically compresses it below 500 KB before upload. Do not upload copyrighted, unlawful or confidential material unless you have permission to use it. Authors and administrators may edit or delete posts and photos; administrators may manage community content for safety. Ratings and reports must be submitted honestly; misuse of reporting or rating tools may result in account action.
7. Third-party links
Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and content are controlled by their respective operators.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” without warranties. Liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss is excluded where legally permitted.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated when product features, distribution methods or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above.
10. Contact
Legal questions may be sent to legal@rdsupscerp.in.
