COMPLETE PREPARATION OPERATING SYSTEM

Every major preparation activity is connected.

Instead of maintaining disconnected sheets, note apps and planners, RD's UPSC ERP keeps your preparation structure and daily actions in a coordinated system.

01

Syllabus Explorer

Organise the complete hierarchy from Exam, Stage and Paper down to Subject, Chapter, Topic and Subtopic. Search, navigate, reorder, import and track coverage without losing context.

02

Study Workspace

Turn the syllabus into an operational table with sequence, status, coverage, completion, sources, smart-notebook access, actions and activity history at each level.

03

Study Planner

Build daily, weekly and monthly plans using your syllabus order, available slots and pending work. Separate weekday study from Sunday revision, tests and backlog recovery.

04

Study Execution

Run the day's plan, record actual study, close completed tasks and carry pending work forward. Completion updates can propagate from subtopics to higher syllabus levels.

05

Revision System

Schedule structured revision cycles, surface due items and connect revision activity with completed study. Track recall-oriented work rather than relying on memory alone.

06

Digital Smart Notebook

Create structured A4-style notes linked to the syllabus. Consolidate current affairs, revision points, PYQs, summaries and learning material into printable digital notebooks.

07

Current Affairs

Review UPSC and MPSC-relevant updates with date, category, source and status filters. Save items, translate, open source links, share and connect useful information to syllabus nodes.

08

Practice & PYQs

Keep previous-year questions, tests, mains answer-writing and exam-readiness activities connected to the same preparation structure and progress model.

09

Reports & Analytics

Review syllabus coverage, completion status, study activity, revision workload and performance signals to identify what needs attention next.

10

Backup & Restore

Protect study data through backup and restore workflows designed for version changes and multi-device continuity. Availability may depend on the release and configured account services.
