By accessing this website or installing RD's UPSC ERP, you agree to these terms. Do not use the product where doing so would violate applicable law.

1. Licence

Unless a separate open-source licence is published with a release, the software, website design, branding and original content are provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence for personal preparation use.

2. Acceptable use

You must not impersonate the product owner, redistribute modified installers as official releases, bypass security controls, introduce malware, scrape private data or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

3. Educational tool

RD's UPSC ERP is a productivity and preparation-management tool. It does not guarantee selection, marks, rank, eligibility or examination results.

4. Availability

Features may vary by platform, build and configuration. Releases may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Users are responsible for confirming system requirements and maintaining backups.

5. User content

You remain responsible for notes, documents, links and other material you add. Do not upload copyrighted or confidential material unless you have permission to use it.

6. Third-party links

Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and content are controlled by their respective operators.

7. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided “as is” without warranties. Liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss is excluded where legally permitted.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when product features, distribution methods or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above.
